THE HOMELESS FROM ALL OVER THE US NEED TO COME TO PORTLAND OREGON! THATS RIGHT WERE ALSE CAN A HOMELESS PERSON GET FREE FOOD ALL OVER THE TOWN AND THEN GO UP TOWN AND PANHANDLE 100 BUCKS A DAY, THEN GO BUY DOPE ANYWHERE AND THATS NOT ALL
AFTER THE CITY HAS FEED THEM AND LET THEM PANHANDLE NOW THE CITY LETS THEM STAY IN SHELTERS, ALL OF THIS IS FREE.
